Purchasing procedure in brief?
- You click the Buy Now button to Checkout page.
- You fill in all necessary information, including delivery and billing info and selected payment method.
- You click Confirm Order button to place the order. Your order status is now Pending.
- You will come to a page that will provide you instruction on how to make payment to the order, depending on the payment method you selected in previous page.
- If you are paying by credit card, you may be brought to our partnered 3rd Party Payment Gateway.
- If you are paying manually (online bank transfer, cheque or cash deposit, you will need to do so at your bank outlet and then contact us to keep us update about the payment.
- Once we have received your money, your order status is now Processing. We will start packing your order too.
- Once we have shipped your order package to our partner courier services, your order status is now Shipped.
- You received the parcel. After passed the cooling period, we will close this order by marking it Done.
How to make payment to my Pending order?
You can make payment to your pending order thru the Order Tracking Page.
- Track your order page via the Order Tracking Page, search by Order ID.
- Click the Make Payment button beside the 'pending' status.
- You will arrive at the payment instruction page.
Can I change my payment method (for example, from credit card to bank transfer) after confirmed an order?
At this moment, our system do not allow you to do so. If you really need to do it, please cancel the order and re-make a new one with your favorite payment method.
Why my purchase is not arrived yet?
We ships your purchase within 3 business days after confirm your payment is received. Parcel delivery normally takes 3-20 business days depends on the destination. Please check the Shipping and Handling page for more detail.
You may like to double check your order status at Order Tracking page. If your order status is:
- Pending, means we are waiting for you to make payment.
- Processing, means we have received your payment and is now packaging your order, prepare for shipping.
- Shipped, means we have delivered your order to our courier partner. It may on the way to your door step, or already did.
How to track my order status?
You can track your order status via the Order Tracking Page, search by Order ID or your Billing Email Address.
I have received a defective product. How can I return it?
