This return general policy apply to all items available for sale on OralSPA.com.

We do not return money or cash for exchange or any circumstances. We guaranteed defective products would be replaced after receiving at buyer's return. In this case, postage will not be charged for returning exchanged goods to buyer. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you can't return the product to us except the product is damage in the process of shipping.

• We accept return on item within 30 days from the date you receive the package. The returned item must be in the original box, together with all original accessories and documentation that came with your order, and must be in the same condition as when it was sent.
• Buyer is responsible for all the costs (including any applicable customs fee, duty and tax) of shipping the return to our facility. Buyer is responsible for any damage or loss of shipment.
• Failure to comply with this policy will result in disqualification for replacement.
