Shipping and Handling

We offer FREE shipping for all items available on OralSPA.com. 

  • We ship to Malaysia and other selected countries only. The list is available in the checkout page.
  • We ship to the confirmed address you specify. Please also provide your phone number in case our courier partner needs to contact you.
  • The items will be shipped within 3 business days once payment is received.
  • We ship via PosLaju (for Malaysia order) or DHL (for international order); delivery usually takes about 3-20 business days (depending on customs clearance time and other circumstances).
  • We do not guarantee the date and time of shipment arrival.
  • Self collect are allowed for bulk purchase. Please contact us in advance for detail.
