Oral SPA - Ameba History

Started from the idea of the fingertip toothbrush in year 1998, Ameba Products (M) Sdn Bhd was established in year 1999.
Ameba was registered as a trademark.
In year 2003, we had breakthroughs in our innovation with our proprietary fingertip toothbrush and its mass production process.

A NDA was signed with Zahoransky AG, Germany to customize our new production process into his CNC auto-tufting machine.
We built our own machines for trimming and end-rounding in-house.
We received our patent grant (2008) for production process after disclosure.
Major amendment was made to fingertip toothbrush design.
A new detachable brush head was successfully developed.
Patent was granted (2009) after disclosure.

We initiated market testing and introduction of Ameba fingertip and detachable toothbrushes.

We received CRDF grant to further develop the innovation into a new line of sonic toothbrushes.
We received orders to supply Ameba ® fingertip toothbrush to all prisons nationwide.
We exported fingertip toothbrush to Singapore and European countries.
We withdrew our detachable models from shelf. We completed our first generation sonic models in 2008.
After market testing and survey in 2008, we decided to venture further into the second generation sonic model including a new line of oral cleaning tools.
In 2009 & 2010 we had patents fillings including high speed vibration models for models for toothbrush, flosser, inter-dental brush and dental stain remover holder.
We registered Oral SPA as a trademark for our hallmark models.
Industrial Designs were filed and granted.

Today, we provide our customers an ultimate personal oral hygiene solution. We do this by innovating touch n'clean concept with the application of high speed vibration technology.
We also provide niche brushing and cleaning solutions with safety feature, gum-friendly feature, environment friendly feature and custom design features.
